Little Waltham preschool is on the outskirts of Chelmsford and has been part of the village since 1975. We enjoys all the community has to offer.We accept children from 2-5 years old, many of whom will progress onto Little Waltham primary school with which we enjoy strong links. Our eldest children benefit from  sharing the school building and outside space on a weekly basis when our qualified teacher prepares them for  starting school.

 We believe that every child is unique and our aim is to provide fun, stimulating learning experiences catered to each child’s individual needs. Strong emphasis is placed on learning through play  so we  plan and provide activities and play opportunities to develop your child’s emotional, physical, social and intellectual capabilities to their full potential. At the end of their time with us they will be self assured, independent and have an enthusiasm for  learning ready for their transition to Reception.
